1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official criminal records and we cannot pull records, run official background checks, or file documents for anyone.

We point readers toward the Red River Parish Sheriff's Office, the Clerk of Court, Louisiana State Police BCII, and the State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry, plus outside tools that may assist personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Harassing, stalking, intimidating, threatening, or discriminating against anyone through information found here or through a linked tool is prohibited and may be criminal. Louisiana registry information is for public safety awareness. Misuse against a listed person can carry criminal penalties and does not authorize vigilante action.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
